Begin by connecting with the hidden parts of yourself through guided “meditations” and reflective exercises. You’ll meet your shadow—the parts of you that hold untapped power and potential—and begin to understand their role in your spiritual and magickal journey.

Day 2: Transforming Core Beliefs & Trigger Mapping

On the second day, we’ll go deep into self-doubt, imposter syndrome, and emotional triggers. Using trigger mapping and belief transformation, you’ll identify and alchemise limiting beliefs into empowering truths. This powerful work will boost your confidence and self-esteem, allowing you to stand firm in your magickal power.

Day 3: Integration and Empowerment

In this final session, step into your empowered self with a guided “meditation” that synthesises all you’ve learned. You’ll leave with a personalised action plan and practices for continued growth, maintaining alignment and clarity as you move forward on your journey.
